About Contrast Therapy
What Is Contrast Therapy?
It is alternating between hot and cold (responsibly) to place the body under hometic stress. Hometic stress is positive micro stress that creates adaptive changes in the body, making it more resilient and healthy.
Optimal timings are 11 minutes of cold plunging and 57 minutes of sauna use across a week, ideally split into two or three sessions. Regular contrast therapy adds 4-7 years to lifespan.

Can Anyone Do Contrast Therapy?
Most people can take part in contrast therapy sessions. However, if you have a pre-existing heart condition, unregulated blood pressure, epilepsy or you're pregnant, it is not safe to take part in Contrast Therapy. Anyone on medication should seek advice from their Doctor before booking.
