I'm Rose, a Gloucestershire based Reflexologist & Holistic Therapist, also trained as a Thermalist® Method Instructor. The groundbreaking Thermalist® Method is a science backed contrast therapy protocol. I work from my peaceful home treatment room which is nestled among the trees, just a stone's throw from the babbling of the Nailsworth stream.

My ETHOS is that good health is the combination of Western and Eastern medicine and their respective philosophies. My MISSION is to improve the quality of life and extend the lifespan of each and everyone of my clients. The services I offer reflect this: by offering the restorative hands-on treatment named Reflexology, other therapeutic holistic therapies, and contrast therapy, I can have a profoundly positive impact on my clients' health. 

I focus on women's health, helping women suffering from stress, anxiety, migraines, insomnia, menopause, hormone imbalance, infertility and more. Zone Face Lift is slightly unique to my other therapies as this wonderfully indulgent treatment quite simply makes you look and feel great!
